Who we are

Alyo (“we”, “us”) is building an on-demand marketplace for trusted local help. This website is a marketing and recruiting site for early beta interest — not the full Alyo product.

What we collect

When you join the beta waitlist, we may collect:

  • Email address
  • ZIP code
  • Optional use-case description

When you apply to become a Founding Helper, we may collect:

  • Name, email, phone, and ZIP code
  • Age confirmation (18+)
  • Transportation, availability, request preferences, and related application answers
  • Optional notes and gig-platform experience
  • Consent to contact you about the beta helper program

We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver’s license images, insurance documents, bank details, or full date of birth through this website’s basic forms. Sensitive verification data, if required later, will be handled through secure verification providers.

  • To understand demand and improve Alyo’s early product

How we use and share information

We may use your information to email or message you about Alyo’s beta, helper onboarding, and related updates. We do not sell your personal information.

Helper applications are not public

Beta helper application information submitted through this site is not published publicly and is used for Alyo’s internal recruiting and screening process.

Data retention and deletion

We retain waitlist and application data only as long as needed for beta recruiting and operations, or as required by law. You may request deletion of your information by contacting us.
